75% Cotton / 24% Polyester / 1% Antistatic thread, 300 g/m²
Fabric properties:
The bib overalls, made of fabric composed of 80% cotton, 19% polyester, and 1% antistatic fibre, have the following properties:
• Comfort and breathability – due to the high cotton content, the fabric is soft and breathable.
• Durability and longevity – polyester provides greater resistance to abrasion and tearing.
• Antistatic properties – thanks to the antistatic fibre, the fabric does not generate static electricity and is safer to use in specific working environments.
• Medium-weight fabric – 300 g/m² fabric weight offers a good balance between strength and comfort, suitable for various working conditions.
• Easy care – the fabric is less prone to wrinkling, easy to wash, and dries quickly.
Details:
Braces: Adjustable elastic braces with strong buckles ensure a comfortable fit.
Pockets: Spacious chest pocket with hook-and-loop (VELCRO) fastening. At the front – two patch pockets, at the back – two patch pockets with VELCRO fastening. Patch pockets on the sides of the bib overalls with VELCRO fastening.

Additional knee pad pocket.
Reflective strips at the bottom of the trousers.
Suitable for use:
Work in higher temperatures, making it suitable for hazardous work environments such as welding or metal processing industries.
Electrical and electronics industry
Construction and technical works
The bib overalls meet the following standards, but for full protection must be worn together with the protective jacket AS-MULTISAFE-JK-C2-0405. The full suit provides the following protective features:
ISO 11612:2015 (Class A1+A2 B1 C1 E3 F1) – protection against heat and flame:
A1+A2 – protection against flame spread (A1 – surface ignition, A2 – edge ignition).
B1 – protection against convective heat.
C1 – protection against radiant heat.
E3 – protection against molten metal splashes (highest level).
F1 – protection against contact with hot materials.
EN ISO 20471 – high-visibility standard ensuring good visibility in hazardous working environments.
(Class 1) – basic visibility level.
EN ISO 11611:2015 (Class 1 A1+A2) – protection for welders:
Class 1 – protection for less hazardous welding processes.
A1+A2 – protection against flame spread.
EN 1149-5:2008 – electrostatic properties standard ensuring that the fabric dissipates electrostatic charges, reducing the risk of sparking.
IEC 61482-2:2009 (Class 1) – protection against electric arc (Class 1 means protection from 4 kA arc energy).
The full suit is suitable for use in high-risk working environments such as welding, electrical work, or working with hot surfaces and hazardous materials.
